Hi, Sam here.

so if you didn’t know we did Innovation Day today and I made a waterwheel, Let’s jump into what I did, our problem was How can we make electricity for community outdoor places in an energy-saving way that still maintains the safety and fun ways of the space. that was the problem and now I will tell you our hypothesissisisisisisis (hypothesis) If the water hits the turbine, then it will power the battery because of the rotation of the turbine. the next step was gathering materials. (that was our first but all we needed was the waterwheel itself) the materials we needed were hot glue (we needed that especially so we could glue everything together), straw (to attach the waterwheel to a container and let it spin), a water jug (to make water come out and make the waterwheel spin), and finally a container (we needed that so the waterwheel wouldn’t get water everywhere and we could attach the straw to it and stop leakages). next, I will tell you the procedure and communication. my group was with xtmadgallery Josh and Aviv. we had some good communication but at the beginning and middle, it was like a constant fight. we made a waterwheel and decided we were just going to make the LED decoration. Josh and Aviv were working on the text, Xtmadgallery had to remake a generator to light up a light with a turn thing that broke 2 times. I did the decor by making water, an island with a palm tree, some static coming out of the water, a singular thundercloud, 2 thunderbolts in the middle of our poster, and finally a sun with a sunset. everyone got more stressed because we didn’t have time and the generator we only finished at the last minute. bye
